Job Summary

Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Telemetry team on a PRN Days basis. As a Neuro Telemetry Nurse, you will provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implements and monitors patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and patient satisfaction.
  • Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
  • Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities as needed.
  • Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team, ensuring a smooth transition to post-acute care.

Requirements

  • Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association certification, with additional certifications as required by individual department.
  • Minimum of One (1) year as an RN, with a strong background in Neuro Telemetry nursing.
