Job Title: RN Neuro Telemetry PRN Days

At Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital, we are committed to providing exceptional patient care and a supportive work environment for our nursing team. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Telemetry unit on a PRN (as-needed) basis.

Job Summary:

This is a PRN position, working variable shifts, including days, with the possibility of overtime. The successful candidate will provide direct patient care, implement and monitor patient care plans, and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, lab results, and other relevant data.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to the development of patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and other certifications as required by individual department.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as an RN in a hospital setting.
