Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Telemetry team on a PRN basis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients with neurological conditions, utilizing your expertise and compassion to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring seamless coordination with other healthcare professionals.
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, guaranteeing a smooth transition to post-acute care.
  • Provide high-quality patient education, empowering patients and families to make informed decisions about their care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, leveraging your expertise to drive positive patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license, with ability to become Arizona Licensed within 30 days.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications as required by individual department.
  • Minimum one year of experience as an RN, with a strong foundation in neurology and telemetry care.
