The Front Desk Guest Experience Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. This dynamic individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer satisfaction by executing all touchpoints of the retreat center at the highest level of professionalism and courtesy.

  • Coordinate all treatments and activities for clients
  • Maintain organization and ensure seamless communication among team members
  • Deliver world-class service and create a positive atmosphere for guests
  • Perform functions using various tech programs and prioritize tasks effectively
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record in hospitality
  • At least 2 years of experience in the industry
  • Professional demeanor and ability to create a positive environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Please note that this is a part-time position, working 3 days a week.
