Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and pursue new client relationships, through researching and identifying leads in various industries that Jolt Loop serves
  • Use HubSpot, our internal CRM system, to manage client leads and develop new ones
  • Prospect for new leads using Sales Navigator and other technologies
  • Coordinate weekly direct mail and email programs
  • Call on new prospects, create rapport and set appointments for team leads
  • Assist with new strategies to drive business into Jolt Loop
  • Occasionally attend onsite client meetings and other networking events as approved by management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Interest in sales recruiting, business development and networking
  • Competitive drive
  • Leadership skills
