About the Role

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling vacation ownership opportunities to our guests and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell vacation ownership presentations, previews, and mini-vacation packages to eligible on-site owners, guests, and visitors.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and concierge services to guests, recommending local dining experiences and attractions while presenting ownership opportunities.
  • Distribute approved promotional materials and maintain a professional company image at all times.
  • Assist in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of proven sales, sales-related marketing, concierge, or optional tour and activity sales experience.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English (speak, read, and write).
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 months or more of previous experience working in the timeshare industry.
  • Thorough understanding of the local area, with the ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations.
