Customer Experience Coordinator

LifeNet Health is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Client Services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and accurately process all orders for allograft tissue, including returns and exchanges.
- Partner with other LifeNet Health departments to ensure customer orders are processed and invoiced correctly.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide customer support and technical assistance to clients and potential clients.
- Rotate on-call responsibilities for after-hours orders and customer service issues.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years of customer service experience in a call center, customer service department, or allied health organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
