We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at LifeNet Health. As a key member of our Client Services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our internal and external customers, partners, and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customer service and technical support to clients and potential clients, striving for the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Receive and accurately process all orders for allograft tissue, including returns, and partner with other LifeNet Health departments to ensure customer orders are processed and invoiced accordingly.
- Handle and resolve concerns or situations effectively and document customer complaints.
- Provide customer support to all internal and external clients concerning accounts and orders.
- Rotate on-call responsibilities involving after-hours orders and customer services issues.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of customer service experience in a call center, customer service department, or allied health organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate and build relationships with all professionals at different levels within the organization
- Attention to detail, with the ability to perform tasks thoroughly and with care, and check work to ensure a high degree of accuracy and completeness
- Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities and manage time/workload effectively
- A competitive salary range of $16.50 hourly (entry-level qualifications) to $22.00 hourly (experienced in this role)
- An annual bonus once eligibility criteria are met
