Position Summary:
The Clinical Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales of B. Braun Interventional Systems, Inc. products within a designated territory. This role involves direct engagement with both new and existing clients in Interventional Radiology, Vascular Surgery, and Cardiology.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve 100% of the sales target within the assigned geographical area.
2. Engage with clinical decision-makers to effectively position and close sales of products.
3. Prepare and present financial analyses, proposals, and competitive assessments to hospital committees.
4. Maintain a thorough understanding of competitive activities, pricing strategies, and sales techniques.
5. Participate in ongoing clinical education, including training programs and observational learning.
6. Provide valuable insights to the marketing and sales teams regarding product and business development.
7. Travel extensively throughout the assigned territory to coordinate activities with other Medical Device Specialists.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in specialty medical device sales.
2. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
3. Proven training in sales techniques and negotiation with high-level technical contacts.
4. Willingness to undertake extensive overnight travel within the assigned territory.

Skills and Expertise:
- Basic computer proficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of B. Braun Interventional Systems, Inc.
- Strong understanding of hospital structures and the roles of personnel in Interventional Radiology, Vascular Surgery, and Cardiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and mathematical abilities.
- Capability to initiate and manage projects independently.
- Ability to make informed decisions with limited information.
- Capacity to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in handling high-pressure sales situations with confidence.
- Professional demeanor and ability to travel extensively.
