Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level HVAC / MEP Maintenance Sales Consultant to develop and excel in a dynamic environment.

You will be integrated into a supportive community of professionals sharing similar goals. This full-time field role is ideal for early to mid-career sales professionals seeking growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and provide client services within Mechanical Contractors and Engineers focused on MEP / HVAC projects, managing your territory by selling Refrigeration and HVAC services and agreements; expect a mix of warm leads and some cold lead generation.
- Follow up on leads and referrals from existing clients while also generating new business opportunities.
- Develop a solid understanding of MEP / HVAC equipment and Building Automation Systems (BAS).
- Engage in Sales and Marketing, Business Development, Client Relations, and effective Communication.
- Demonstrate Technical Understanding, Leadership, Teamwork, and Relationship Management skills.
Qualifications:
- An Associate's degree or relevant experience in HVAC, facility services, or property management.
- Preferred experience in business-to-business sales; familiarity with the business landscape in the Colorado Springs area; strong interpersonal communication skills; proven success in building rapport, achieving sales goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction; maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in system design, estimating, and project management for commercial equipment replacement and mechanical projects.
- Knowledge of larger equipment such as boilers, chillers, packaged units, Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems, Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC), and controls.
- Familiarity with service operations is advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Must be able to pass a background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, and drug screening.
- Experience in B2B sales with a track record of $5 million or more in sales.
- A good driving record and valid license.
- A willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving energy service sector.
- Must exhibit professionalism, tact, and respect towards clients and team members at all levels; take responsibility for actions; demonstrate strong follow-through on commitments and effective time management skills.
This Opportunity:
