Job Description: High-Rise Site Supervisor TX

Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year

We are looking for a highly experienced High-Rise Site Supervisor to manage on-site construction activities for our commercial clients in Texas. As a seasoned professional, you will oversee project teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and communicate effectively with clients to deliver exceptional results.

About the Job:

  • Site Management: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate project crews, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project goals.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and maintain construction schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary on-site representative, providing regular updates and addressing client concerns.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate and address potential issues to minimize delays and cost overruns.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or Site Supervisor on commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Relocation Assistance: Available for relocation to Montana.
