Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of customer service experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Strong organizational skills and the ability to travel between jobsites are also required.

  • Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Conduct worker interviews to collect demographic and wage information.
  • Communicate with local Unions to ensure proper registration and compensation of workers.
Requirements:
  • High School / GED Diploma
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Bonus if proficient in Excel)
  • Ability to travel between jobsites
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Technical Writing Skills
