Ben Aris seeks an experienced Site Operations Manager to lead its on-shift Operations team at a refinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crude unit operations, technical process management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

About the Role:

  • As a Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our refinery, ensuring seamless execution of production goals, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
  • You will work closely with the Technical Support team to optimize operating adjustments, guaranteeing compliance with industry standards and company expectations.
  • Furthermore, you will collaborate with Inspection and Maintenance personnel to address equipment constraints and abnormal situations, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime.
  • In addition, you will partner with the Controls Group to develop new control strategies and enhance alarm management systems.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a refinery setting is required. Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not necessary.
  • Candidates with a background as Process Engineers, Operations Engineers, or Operations Supervisors are highly desired.

  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
