About the Position

This Senior Site Supervisor role at Paragon Security Systems is a key leadership position that oversees the daily operations of our client sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of security personnel, ensuring seamless execution of security protocols, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure effective site coverage.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff performance and skills.
  • Conduct regular site audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide customized solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, incidents reports, and other relevant documentation.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity within the security industry.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high-performance standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Solid understanding of security protocols and procedures, including emergency response and incident reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
