Job Overview: Enhance existing capabilities by assisting in the planning, design, development, and execution of technology initiatives.

Required Experience:

  • Proficient in effective communication (both verbal and written) with departmental personnel at various tiers.
  • At least ten (10) years of experience in the IT sector.
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in conducting business analyses for IT initiatives.
  • At least three (3) years of experience overseeing substantial software development projects.
  • Experience in creating process flow diagrams.
  • Ability to convert business requirements into use cases/user scenarios and acceptance standards.

Preferred Experience:

  • Expertise in facilitating discussions with individuals and groups regarding business workflows. Participants may include managerial or end-user personnel, with a mix of business-oriented and technical (IT) staff. The candidate is expected to lead all discussions related to their analysis. Familiarity with Joint Application Development (JAD) techniques is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent technical writing capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in business process re-engineering.
  • Ability to derive business process and data requirements from analyzing process and system documentation.
  • Experience in translating insights from discussions and written materials into process models and/or flow diagrams.
  • Proficient writing skills to develop a data glossary. Experience with Microsoft Word is essential.

Education:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
