Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Shipping Coordinator to join our team at Kitchen Cabinet Distributors. As a key member of our assembly function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient preparation and shipping of our products to external customers.

Responsibilities
  • Prepares products for assembly by unboxing and staging materials in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Loads and unloads materials to and from designated storage areas, such as racks, shelves, or trucks, while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Verifies item and order quality and count to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
  • May operate forklift or pallet jack to deliver materials to designated locations or complete other tasks.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 0-3 years of experience in distribution or a related field.
  • Knowledge of machines and tools, with the ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. individually and up to 160 lbs. with a team lift.
Work Environment
  • Requires intermittent periods of continuous physical exertion, including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting, and maneuvering material or equipment.
  • Comfortable environment with regular exposure to factors such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noise, and fumes.
