About the Role

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Expert for National Accounts to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our national accounts customers.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong passion for helping customers, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strong Customer Relationships: Build trust with customers through exceptional service, proactive issue resolution, and timely communication.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Supply Chain personnel, Retailers, Credit, and National Accounts Operations teams to coordinate special delivery requirements and resolve issues.
  • Proactively Resolve Issues: Anticipate and address customer concerns, providing solutions that meet their needs.
Requirements:
  • 1+ Year Customer Contact Center Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal, written, and telephone communication skills are essential.
  • Basic Knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, and Google Chrome: Familiarity with these tools is required.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $52,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
