Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative and Retail Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, both in-person and over the phone. Your primary responsibilities include managing the front desk, assisting customers with their inquiries, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and needs.
  • Schedule appointments for tire services, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Handle incoming calls, provide information about our services, and route calls as necessary.
  • Process transactions, including payments, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and retail area.
  • Assist in managing inventory for the retail section, including restocking products.
  • Provide basic product knowledge to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and work to resolve them promptly.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the shop's daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or retail role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive services or a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in using computers and point-of-sale systems.
