About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Lowell Community Health Center. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional care to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Medication Management: You will be responsible for managing our on-site pharmacy, ensuring that medications are dispensed accurately and safely.
- Patient Communication: You will provide medication counseling to patients, educating them on proper use, dosage, and potential side effects.
- Quality Improvement: You will maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and implement quality control measures to prevent errors.
- Teamwork: You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements
- A degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- A valid state pharmacist license in good standing.
- CPR certification and ability to administer vaccines.
Salary Range:**$100,000 - $130,000 per year**, depending on experience.
