We are seeking a dedicated Security Specialist to provide site protection services across multiple locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of people and property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol various sites as assigned, responding to shifts in site needs and ensuring all security protocols are followed.
  • Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct regular inspections to detect and prevent any security breaches.
  • Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, providing first aid when necessary and contacting emergency services as needed.
  • Document daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences in clear, concise reports.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, employees, and visitors, fostering a welcoming environment while maintaining security protocols.
  • Manage entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized personnel access secure areas.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in criminal justice or related field is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Estimated Salary:$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
