Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Wingstop - FWS. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our restaurant by assisting the General Manager in meeting store goals, driving operational excellence, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in meeting store goals and driving sales and controlling labor and food costs during shifts.
  • Ensure the restaurant environment is always safe for both team members and guests, and create a positive culture through respect, recognition, and reward.
  • Develop positive relationships with shift team members by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs, and concerns.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all customers by acting with a guest-first attitude and connecting with the guest.
  • Assist in recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, and scheduling team members, in partnership with the General Manager.
  • Follow all cash management and cash register policies and ensure proper cash management practices are followed by shift team members.
  • Assist the General Manager in tracking inventory, order management, and ensuring accurate record keeping.
  • Resolve guest issues with efficiency and a positive attitude.
  • Maintain operational standards and requirements in the restaurant, identify and communicate maintenance problems to the Facilities Department, and maintain all facilities to Wingstop's company standards.
Requirements
  • 2 years of previous food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
  • Food Handler Certification required.
  • 6 months experience using a computer and register (POS) system.
  • Meet restaurant operating policies and standards, including providing quality food products, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and/or holidays.
