About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Associate to coordinate and participate in various duties associated with daily clinic preparation, patient identification, patient check-in/out, charge posting, cash management, and patient appointment scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare for clinic visits by reviewing next day patients and completing necessary tasks.
- Check-in patients upon arrival, verify demographic data, and present required forms for signature.
- Collect and post co-payments and balances on accounts due.
- Schedule testing and ancillary procedures, answer phone calls, and deliver messages to physicians and nurses.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
