CBRE seeks a skilled Workplace Experience Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for employees and guests.

About the Role

As a key member of the Workplace Experience team, you will be responsible for providing world-class service and support to clients and visitors of a designated building. Your role will involve being the first point of contact, greeting visitors with a friendly demeanor, issuing visitor passes, and following security protocols.

You will also be responsible for arranging and confirming activities on behalf of requestors, managing janitorial work orders, coordinating workplace services, and organizing events. Additionally, you will provide solutions to inquiries and complaints from employees, guests, and colleagues in a professional and customer-driven manner.

This is an exciting opportunity to join CBRE's Host service line, which aims to increase individual well-being, productivity, and organizational effectiveness through people-led and technology-enabled services. Our goal is to help people work smarter and enjoy their workspaces.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  2. Issue visitor passes and follow security protocols
  3. Arrange and confirm activities on behalf of requestors
  4. Manage janitorial work orders and coordinate workplace services
  5. Organize events and provide solutions to inquiries and complaints
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards
  • Strong communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Benefits

Candidates can expect a competitive salary range of $24.04 - $26.72 per hour, depending on experience. This role also offers excellent benefits, including 401(K), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and vision insurance.
