This position is responsible for leading the production team in an assembly line setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality standards, methods, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect products regularly to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Reconcile production data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform computer functions related to the job, including data entry and reporting.
  • Supervise temporary workers and fill in for absent staff members.
  • Enter product information and totals into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Three to six months of related experience or training in warehouse production.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to understand all aspects of the WMS system.
  • Ability to plan in advance for production in your area.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily works in a production and/or warehouse setting.
  • Walking, standing, bending for duration of shift.
  • Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs.

Compensation:

  • 1st shift: $18.00/hr.
  • 2nd shift: $18.50/hr.
