Assembly Line Supervisor

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for leading the production team in an assembly line setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality standards, methods, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect products regularly to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Reconcile production data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform computer functions related to the job, including data entry and reporting.
- Supervise temporary workers and fill in for absent staff members.
- Enter product information and totals into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Three to six months of related experience or training in warehouse production.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to understand all aspects of the WMS system.
- Ability to plan in advance for production in your area.
Work Environment:
- Primarily works in a production and/or warehouse setting.
- Walking, standing, bending for duration of shift.
- Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs.
Compensation:
- 1st shift: $18.00/hr.
- 2nd shift: $18.50/hr.
