Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Production Specialist to join our team at Kelly Services Inc. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in the MRI healthcare industry and gain hands-on experience with innovative technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diverse and complex assignments in support of product development and manufacturing.
  • Solder electronic components on circuit boards and perform mechanical assembly work.
  • Read and follow work procedures and schematics or receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and other records as may be required by management.
  • Participate in quality control inspections and work with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or local equivalent.
  • Proficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical information.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and quality-minded work habits.
  • Ability to communicate using English (or local language).
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 months of manufacturing experience.
  • Thru hole and surface mount soldering experience.
  • Proficient with computer programs like Microsoft Word, Excel.
Work Environment

This contract position is for full-time hours on 1st shift. The work shift is 2nd shift, with non-overtime days from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM and overtime days from 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The pay rate is NTE $30.80, with a new NTE MU of 40%.
