Key Responsibilities

The primary role involves assembling products according to specified standards within designated timelines to fulfill customer requirements. Responsibilities include:

  • Assembling parts and components to develop new products while strictly following the Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Verifying the accuracy of component quantities and conducting quality checks on finished products.
  • Understanding basic Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, computer operations, and scheduling tasks.
  • Interpreting technical instructions and BOMs effectively.
  • Testing completed products for any defects.
  • Handling products carefully to prevent damage or mishandling.
  • Conducting quality spot checks with appropriate documentation.
  • Ensuring all tasks assigned by the production lead or supervisor are executed safely and efficiently, adhering to company quality standards.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, free from debris and waste.
  • Performing additional duties as required.

Note: Responsibilities may vary based on the assigned station, and employees may rotate through different stations.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with production processes, policies, and objectives.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Proficient in using tools such as wire strippers, pliers, and wrenches.
  • Commitment to safety policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage with other departments.
  • Capability to distinguish between colored wires and electronic components.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation accurately.
