Client Relations and Customer Service Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Client Relations and Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Dr. Delphinium Designs + Events. As a key member of our client relations team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring their needs are met.
Job Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients over the phone, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Order Management: Monitor orders and confirm details on a constant basis to ensure customer selections are processed correctly.
- Tech Support: Provide technical support to retail locations regarding order system, product information, pricing, availability, etc.
- Team Collaboration: Support and assist team members on an as-needed basis, maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience; must have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Flexible Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Guest Service Mentality: A genuine desire to serve customers, with excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Technical Skills: High level of proficiency in Excel and Google Docs.
- Creativity: An eye for creativity and design; gardening or love of flowers is preferred.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
