Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough reviews and investigations related to BSA compliance.
  • Prepare Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) and Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).
  • Oversee the management of the OFAC program.
  • Collaborate effectively with both in-person and remote employees.

As a member of our team, you will contribute to protecting our institution and clients from financial crimes while advancing your career in BSA/AML compliance. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining our commitment to integrity and excellence.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in BSA, fraud detection, or financial crime.
  • Preferred certifications such as ACAMS AML Foundations, ACAMS Sanctions Compliance, or CAMS Certification, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • A strong understanding of BSA compliance-related laws and regulations.
  • Experience with BAM+ software is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy is essential.

This position offers flexibility to work either in-office or remotely within designated service areas.
