Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Access Representative II to join our team at Conifer Revenue Cycle Solutions. As a key member of our patient access team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient registration and scheduling processes, while maintaining the highest level of customer service and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Registration and Scheduling: Complete patient registration and scheduling processes in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all necessary information is collected and documented.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining accurate records and adhering to Conifer's standards of care.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear understanding of patient information and services.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or degree preferred.
  • Experience: 0-1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare setting; administrative experience in a medical facility or related area preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in computer software and systems.
