Help Desk Specialist

RTX is seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing issues with our Cloud interface. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer support requests, enter issues into the ticketing system, and provide return to service support to end users.
Key Responsibilities:- Cloud Interface Support: Detect, analyze, and resolve AFW Enterprise Cloud transmission systems problems.
- Ticket Resolution: Resolve cloud support tickets and provide return to service support to end users.
- Equipment Maintenance: Checkout, repair, and maintain customer legacy equipment and software.
- Diagnostic Testing: Perform diagnostic testing to troubleshoot failures.
- Education: Typically requires a High School Diploma and/or Associates degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior engineering experience.
- Security Clearance: Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
- Technical Skills: Experience troubleshooting both hardware and software, ability to obtain Government-directed certifications, and Microsoft Windows Server administration experience.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to move and/or lift weights such as test equipment, ladders, tools, and cable reels weighing up to 49 pounds using proper lifting techniques or material moving equipment.
- Customer Facing Experience: Ability to work with little or no supervision, especially on overnight shifts.
- Cloud Services Knowledge: Amazon Web Servers Cloud services foundations and terminology.
