The Fresh Market is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Meat Manager to join our team. As a key member of our meat and seafood department, you will be responsible for assisting the Meat and Seafood Manager in managing inventory, pricing, training, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of meat and seafood inventory, including ordering and receiving products
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to guests
  • Coordinate with the Meat and Seafood Manager to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to guests
  • Engage and motivate team members to provide excellent guest service
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality field
  • 1+ years of leadership experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Certification in TFMA within 90 days of hire
