Dragonboat Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Product Solution Manager to join our Product team. As a Product Solution Manager, you will be responsible for educating, demoing, onboarding, and guiding customers to achieve value quickly and incrementally from our product operating platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the customer success team, sales team, and other revenue teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and adoption.
  • Develop and deliver effective demos, training sessions, and onboarding programs to ensure customers achieve value from our product.
  • Work closely with the product team to monitor onboarding and adoption success, and strategize adoption roadmaps that maximize overall outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales, success, and support teams to strategize and prioritize feature enhancements that meet customer needs.
  • Drive continuous process improvement for efficiency and quality of product onboarding, adoption, and general product operating process.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product operations, program management, or similar areas.
  • Strong experience in product portfolio management, product ops, change management.
  • Strong experience in agile product program management, PDLC.
  • Client management/consulting/customer-facing experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of common task tools, e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, etc.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills at both executive and team levels.
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Outcome-focused approach in planning/prioritizing work.
  • Adaptable, thrive in fast-paced environment.
  • Team player, curious learner, proactive.
