Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a clear vision and strategy for our storage solutions, working closely with internal and external partners.
  • Craft a compelling product roadmap that meets the evolving needs of our customers, taking into account competitive analysis, customer feedback, and future workloads.
  • Build cloud platforms and services at enterprise scale, leveraging emerging cloud and AI/ML technologies.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, sales, and marketing teams to launch new products and transitions.
  • Educate current and potential customers, developing customer-ready collateral.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of relevant work experience in storage product management at a technology company, building technologies for cloud systems, and serving enterprise-grade workloads.
  • Technical and operational experience with global, scaled Storage Infrastructure supporting multiple use cases and requirements.
  • Experience with AI/ML training and inference, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Machine Learning frameworks.
  • Self-starter, hands-on demeanor in a dynamic environment.
  • Passion for building groundbreaking products/technologies.
  • Prior success prioritizing multiple demanding customers, balancing technical, business, and operational aspects.

Compensation

The base salary range is $204,000 - $379,500 USD, determined by location, experience, and pay of similar positions. You'll also be eligible for equity and benefits.
