Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Commercial HVAC Sales Specialist to enhance our team. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in dynamic settings, possess strong relationship-building skills, and demonstrate exceptional customer service. It is particularly suited for those who are driven by results and skilled in managing substantial mechanical projects for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company to prospective commercial clients and assess opportunities, leading to the acquisition of competitive and profitable HVAC service sales.
  • Oversee all sales initiatives and maintain customer relationships with commercial accounts.

Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime as required.

Compensation: Base salary plus commission, with a targeted annual income of at least $125,000.

  • Proficient in computer applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
