About the Role

The Human Resources Administrator is a key member of the MKS Instruments team, responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Senior leaders. This dynamic role requires a proactive and organized individual who can multitask and adapt to project needs with a high degree of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Human Resources senior leaders, internal customers, and employees.
  • Support Headquarters HR with pre-hire coordination, orientation, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Assist with invoice processing, budget tracking, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Partner with Human Resources senior leaders on projects, including data research, analysis, and presentation materials.
  • Support the HR and Communications department with various communication initiatives, such as updating HR Sharepoint content and writing articles for the intranet news.
  • Manage Human Resources senior leaders' calendars, expense reports, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate site activities, events, and meetings.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • General administrative experience and a strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent time management, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Excel and/or PowerPoint is a plus.
