Residential Services Coordinator

At American Training, Inc., we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Residential Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care and support for our residents with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist and guide colleagues to complete required documentation on medical, behavioral, and community goals from individual support plans (ISPs)
Act as a liaison between residents, families, healthcare providers, and colleagues to ensure excellent quality of care
Monitor medical and clinical needs of residents
Rotate on-call responsibility with the Program Manager, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Foster an environment of empowerment and choice for all residents
Requirements:
High school diploma
At least 1 year of experience working in human services with people with disabilities
MAP Certified or ability to pass the MAP course
Flexibility with hours
Valid state driver's license and use of a personal vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage
Satisfactory CORI and DDS fingerprinting
