Founded in 2018 and based in Boca Raton, Florida, Jushi is a comprehensive, multi-state cannabis enterprise that develops and manages upscale retail outlets, premium brands, and state-of-the-art cultivation and manufacturing facilities, along with an innovative online platform that is redefining the cannabis experience.

Every day, Jushi team members are engaged in the growth, cultivation, processing, and manufacturing of a diverse range of cannabis brands, including The Bank, The Lab, Tasteology, Nira + Medicinals, and Sèche, which cater to a wide array of consumer and patient needs across multiple states.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Exemplify outstanding service and dedication to patient care.

  • Mentor and inspire managers and store staff through ongoing training on compliance, product knowledge, and best practices.
  • Uphold and promote a culture of positivity, professionalism, and adherence to policies and state regulations.
  • Conduct consultations via phone and in-person, ensuring patients and caregivers receive accurate and compassionate information.
  • Implement company programs for customer service, patient management, compliance, and safety protocols.
  • Provide guidance to patients and staff regarding cannabis product selection, effects, potency, dosing, and consumption methods.
  • Identify and propose process improvements to facilitate company growth.
  • Address employee or customer concerns diplomatically while collaborating with management.
  • Report product-related issues to the appropriate management personnel promptly.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess an active Virginia Pharmacy license and be registered with the Board of Pharmacy.
  • Willingness to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
  • Proficient in MS Office and capable of navigating multiple software platforms.
  • Knowledge of cannabis products and their applications.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
