Job Overview:

Objective & Responsibilities:

Accountable for the secure, precise, and judicious distribution of medicinal products to patients across various age groups, staff members, and specified areas within the healthcare facility. This role also encompasses the oversight of pharmacy technicians.

All activities must comply with applicable state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and institutional policies and procedures.


Qualifications:
A degree in Pharmacy is mandatory.

Professional Background:
Prior experience in a structured healthcare environment is advantageous.

Licensure:
Must hold a valid Pharmacist license issued by the Virginia Department of Health Professions.
