POSITION: Cannabis Pharmacist

This role is essential in ensuring that patient interactions are conducted smoothly, in accordance with state regulations and company policies, while supporting our overarching mission of quality care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Exemplify outstanding service and dedication in all interactions.
  • Mentor and inspire store staff through ongoing training on compliance and product knowledge.
  • Promote a positive and professional company culture while adhering to policies and regulations.
  • Conduct consultations both over the phone and in person, ensuring patients receive accurate and compassionate information.
  • Implement company protocols for customer service, patient management, and compliance.
  • Assist patients in selecting appropriate cannabis products based on their needs, including effects, potency, and methods of consumption.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to facilitate company growth.
  • Address and resolve employee or customer concerns in collaboration with management.
  • Report product-related issues promptly to the appropriate management personnel.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active Virginia Pharmacy license and registration with the Board of Pharmacy is required.
  • Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
  • Proficient in MS Office and capable of navigating various software platforms.
  • Knowledge of cannabis products and their applications.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied shifts.
