This position is integral to ensuring that all consultations are conducted with the utmost professionalism and adhere to state regulations and company policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Exemplify outstanding service and commitment to patient care.
  • Provide mentorship and training to store staff on compliance and product knowledge.
  • Conduct thorough consultations, both in-person and via phone, ensuring accurate information is provided compassionately.
  • Implement company policies and procedures to enhance customer service and maintain compliance.
  • Assist patients in selecting appropriate cannabis products based on their needs, including guidance on effects, dosing, and consumption methods.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to support company growth.
  • Address and resolve customer and employee concerns effectively, collaborating with management as necessary.
  • Report product-related issues promptly to the appropriate management personnel.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active Virginia Pharmacy license and registration with the Board of Pharmacy.
  • Successful completion of a comprehensive background check.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Proficient in both oral and written communication.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and capable of navigating various software platforms.
  • Knowledgeable about cannabis products and their applications.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
