Euronet Worldwide, Inc. is in search of an ATM Configuration Specialist to enhance our operational capabilities.

As an ATM Configuration Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and set up ATM machines according to client specifications, ensuring seamless installations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and evaluate newly delivered ATM machines.
  • Prepare and set up ATM machines in alignment with client needs.
  • Install essential software and conduct tests to verify operational efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to address any challenges and guarantee timely staging completion.
  • Adhere to security and quality compliance standards.
  • Maintain precise records of staging processes and update the inventory management system.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges during the staging phase.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team for the dispatch of prepared ATM machines.
  • Provide training and support to field technicians as required.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred experience in ATM machine preparation and configuration.
  • Familiarity with ATM software and hardware.
  • Ability to adhere to technical specifications and guidelines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts.
  • Proficient in utilizing computer systems and software.
