Card Services Operations Specialist

As a Card Services Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the seamless functioning of our Card Services department. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization that values its members, employees, and community.

Core Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Executing all operational tasks to ensure the effective management of card services.
- Providing exceptional service to members regarding debit and credit card inquiries, as well as ATM-related issues.
- Acting as a liaison among members, vendors, and various business units to ensure prompt resolution of any challenges.
- Managing member dispute claims, including payment processing and communication with relevant parties.
- Logging and tracking incoming dispute claims to maintain accurate records.
- Processing expedited card orders and chargebacks as necessary.
- Supporting initiatives aimed at promoting card usage and enhancing interchange revenue.
- Monitoring daily card file transmissions to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Conducting thorough research and resolution for dispute claims in a timely manner.
- Providing operational support for the debit card instant issue application.
- Assisting with card reissues and disputes related to ATM/Debit cards.
- Continuously expanding your knowledge of credit and debit card products, procedures, and regulations.
Work Schedule:
This position requires availability from Monday to Friday, with hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Flexibility for extended hours may be necessary based on organizational needs.
