About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and communicative individual to assist our sales team members with daily client visits, order management, and communication. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to ensure seamless operations and help drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation for daily client visits and delivery of clothing items
  • Coordinating and maintaining client orders and files
  • Communicating with clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Scheduling appointments, deliveries, and providing status updates
  • Supporting sales efforts by communicating with sales professionals and other team members
  • Promoting new clients using internet and social media applications
Requirements
  • Confident and independent worker with strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Professional customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Social Media savvy (especially on LinkedIn & Instagram)
  • Proficient in using multiple forms of technology including Microsoft Office; Google Docs, Sheets, Forms
  • Able to lift up to 20 lbs. and hold a valid Driver's License
