Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Clinic Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position responsible for administrative tasks that occur on a clinic floor, including scheduling appointments, liaising among patients, families, providers, and leadership. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to function as an integral member of our team.

About the Role

The Lead Clinic Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling Appointments: Accurately schedules complex appointment sets across disciplines for oncology patients in accordance with scheduling guidelines.
  • Patient Experience: Delivers outstanding customer service to internal and external customers, timely and accurately responds to their needs, and maintains confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI).
  • Leadership: Role models and resources to the Clinic Coordinator team, motivates and drives effective performance, and possesses knowledge of multiple disease-specific programs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience working in a customer service setting preferred.
  • Proficiency in technology and complex computer systems required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
