Job Summary:
As a Sales and Service Coordinator at Sephora, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for every client. You will support all aspects of sales and service initiatives, including paid services, events, classes, loyalty programs, cash handling, and training in your store. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support all aspects of sales and service initiatives, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
  2. Coordinate paid services, events, and classes.
  3. Support the implementation of loyalty programs.
  4. Responsible for cash handling, ensuring a smooth checkout process.
  5. Educate teams on service offerings, customer experience, and other key areas.

Qualifications/Experience:
  1. Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role.
  2. Passion for client service and teamwork.
  3. Strong communication skills, ability to multitask.
  4. Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
  5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
  6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
  7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including qualifications for the position and relevant experience; and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position or location. Sephora now offers a Flex (on demand) position for employees who can work anywhere from 0-19 hours a week. This flexibility allows you to balance your work schedule with other commitments.
