Salary Range: $62,000 - $86,864.96

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilizes professional expertise and licensure to deliver appropriate clinical oversight to team members, ensuring that client services align with ethical standards and organizational expectations.
  • Conducts regular supervision sessions, both individually and in group settings, for staff across various locations.
  • Ensures that CDCA supervisees receive a minimum of one hour of supervision for every 40 hours worked.
  • Provides clinical oversight in accordance with licensure requirements, adhering to OAC standards for social workers and counselors. Chemical Dependency licensure will guide supervision based on specific practice scopes as outlined in OAC.
  • Collaborates effectively with Clinical Coordinators to maintain high-quality care and consistent program execution.
  • Assists the Clinical Director, Clinical Manager, and Clinical Administrator in preparing for audits, staying informed about audit processes, licensing, staff qualifications, and contractual obligations.
  • Evaluates client eligibility for services using DSM-V/ICD-10 criteria for substance use disorders.
  • Delivers clinically focused training sessions as directed by the Clinical Manager or Clinical Director.
  • Coordinates with the Staff Development department for training materials, brochures, and other resources.
  • Regularly disseminates information to treatment staff in an effective manner.
  • Provides supervisory guidance regarding caseload management and related clinical responsibilities.
