Member Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Member Services Coordinator to join our team at AssuredPartners. As a key member of our Employee Benefits department, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional benefits solutions to our growing client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Retention: Maintain a positive image with clients and members to support client retention.
- COBRA Administration: Assist in producing COBRA letters to members as needed, responsible for monthly invoicing for COBRA eligible members, and track COBRA updates in the internal database.
- Member Inquiries: Assist in answering member inquiries through the call center and email inbox, learn and assist members with benefit inquiries, and monitor/add members to online carrier enrollment portals.
- Client Information Management: Enter accurate client information into agency management system and export data as needed.
- Professional Development: Actively engage in learning, study industry trends, and seek out self-directed learning to increase industry knowledge.

Requirements
- Desire to Learn and Grow: Desire to learn & grow with us.
- Professional Development: Willingness to obtain appropriate Life and Health license within 6 months of hire, with our support.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong organization and written/verbal communication skills.
- Customer Service Focus: Demonstrated customer service focus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar systems, including spreadsheets, email, word processing, and presentation software.
