  • Recruitment and Hiring: Assist in the hiring of crew leaders and technicians, ensuring the selection of top talent to support the growth and success of our team.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in landscape or construction industry, with a minimum of 5+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Skills: Team-oriented, detail-oriented, business operations, managing, scheduling appointments, managing deadlines, leadership, project management.

  • Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
