Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in the planning phase of projects to ensure the integration of efficient, safe, and cost-effective form systems into the project design.
  • Assist in the development of formwork and framework drawings for assigned projects, utilizing information from project plans, bulletins, sketches, RFI responses, and shop drawings from other trades while coordinating drawing submissions with clients.
  • Support the project team in defining the sequential steps involved in all processes within the project scope by adjusting schedules and work tasks as necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with the project team to monitor safety, costs, and timelines of construction projects.
  • Oversee material procurement, delivery, tracking, and forecasting to ensure optimal use of Heico's resources.
  • Participate in basic layout and field engineering tasks.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to enhance the company's ability to secure projects.
  • Undertake special projects and fulfill additional duties as assigned to support the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Completed coursework in computer-aided drafting or building information modeling, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all organizational levels, as well as with clients and suppliers.
  • Capability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
