Job Scope:

This position involves working on moderately complex issues, implementing solutions independently while delegating routine tasks as needed. Interaction is primarily with peers in the same functional area, with moderate external engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate engineering discipline and three years of relevant engineering experience, including project management.
  • Strong understanding of project engineering and management principles.
  • Demonstrated technical competence through engineering or operations experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and engineering tools such as CAD and analytical software.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Skills:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and draw valid conclusions.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Awareness of occupational hazards and safety practices.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in metal mining operations, particularly in geotechnical, structural, earth, and concrete works.
  • Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD/Civil 3D and ArcGIS.
